The move from our 'home' at Derricks has gone smoothly and we are delighted to welcome you to our new restaurant at the beautiful Sugar Hill Resort with views over the Caribbean.

The chefs, staff, menus and wine list remain much the same as before. We have incorporated a few changes as we have done on a number of occasions in the past.

Our concept is refreshingly simple -- seriously good food in a casual, laid-back style. A bistro atmosphere with impeccably prepared cuisine that seamlessly merges the traditional and the contemporary.

The menu features Caribbean ingredients transformed with a pan-Asian & global fusion twist. The varied and unique selection of wines complements the food and leaves your wallet unbruised

Brunch on Sunday
Dinner: Wednesday & Friday nights only
